Christopher Pyne gets hands on with Hands On!

CP gets hands on with hands on

Today was a real first for HOL – the first time a federal Minister has left Canberra to come and experience what we do.

Minister Pyne even rolled up his sleeves and worked with our long time supporter Senator John Madigan to focus on how we can provide a real solution that prevents young people falling through the cracks.

The Hon Christopher Pyne joined Senator John Madigan in forging a Ned Kelly helmet and other blacksmith items in a visit to Hands On Learning at McClelland College, Frankston.

Senator Madigan invited the Federal Minister for Education and Training to come and see HOL for himself, and they took the opportunity to roll up their sleeves and work with students using Senator Madigan’s forge.
